Bloke in the drive through makes great coffee, worth the stop. Very polite, go here all the time. Thanks Billy, great service. Been back since and looks like new staff and coffee is pretty average, better off at Macca's next door

Ordered an iced long black. After a bit of a wait the woman with the buzz cut appeared and told off the woman who had taken my order, who then pointed to me. Buzz cut lady came charging over to me saying are you the one who ordered the iced long black?? She proceeded to very rudely ask several questions about said drink which made it very clear that she had no idea what it was. The drink that I was finally presented with was a large cup of cold water with a shot of coffee and a small handful of ice. Very unpleasant.
Lovely coffee, spoiled by the lady with the buzz cut operating the cash register. While waiting in line for 15 minutes, I watched her disappear, run around the shop, tell staff to do things, fix food orders - while we waited. She needs to learn to DELEGATE. There were plenty of other staff to handle those things. Let them do it and serve the customers. The coffee and venue is so nice it could easily be 5 stars, but that lady brought the whole experience down.
Expensive and not very good... Threw the drinks out and went to McDonald's. Who knew a lemon ice tea frappe would be lemon flavoured milk? No ice in any of the frappes - they were lightly flavoured milk. Disgusting.
